Accountant – ERP implementation focus

A rapidly expanding fintech company based in Limassol, currently growing its global presence. They are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the setup, maintenance, and training of their team on the ERP system. While this will be the primary focus initially, the role offers the opportunity to take on broader finance projects as the company continues to scale internationally. Our associate is looking for an exceptional accountant with specialized experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as Oracle NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations and either extensive hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite or a proven track record of successfully implementing and rolling out similar ERP systems. Financial Management and Reporting:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Oracle NetSuite ERP Implementation and Management:

• Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle NetSuite to optimize financial processes.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot NetSuite workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure seamless data migration and system integration.
• Train internal users and provide ongoing support for NetSuite functionalities.

Process Improvement and Automation:

• Identify inefficiencies in current financial processes and propose solutions using NetSuite's automation capabilities.
• Streamline financial workflows, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes.
• Implement best practices for system usage and financial data management.
• Collaboration and Compliance:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and HR, to align financial processes with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.
• Support audits by preparing accurate documentation and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICPAC, ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on ERP systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite or experience implementing and rolling out similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train others on NetSuite functionalities.
